• Global and regional leaderboards for score comparison
• Personal statistics and progress tracking
• Weekly events and challenges
• Badges and achievements system

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use IQ Tester. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services. By using our service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

• One account per person; multiple accounts are not permitted

5. Fair Play and Anti-Cheating

To maintain fair competition, you agree NOT to:

• Create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings
• Use external assistance during timed tests
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in our system

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and removal from all leaderboards.

All content on IQ Tester, including but not limited to test questions, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of IQ Tester and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Leaderboard Display

By opting into public leaderboards, you consent to having your display name, country/region, and score visible to other users. You can opt-out of leaderboards at any time through your profile settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

IQ Tester is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
